Order Fulfillment & Local Pickup Policy
Primary product fulfillment is via Local Pickup at our location. Orders are typically processed and ready for pickup within 24–48 hours. Direct freight or local delivery is available upon request for specific equipment orders.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns on eligible solar equipment and products within 30 days of receipt or pickup.
2. Item Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received or picked up. Custom equipment orders or installed hardware are non-returnable.
3. Return Method & Location
Because we specialize in heavy equipment and local fulfillment, returns must be dropped off in person at our local facility or coordinated directly with our team prior to freight return. Please contact us at (204) 782-1734 with your order details before bringing or shipping any items back.
4. Fees & Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping/transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
